Best Butchery for Steaks

Hi All,

We are planning to a Bar-B-Que once again on the weekend and would like to know if anyone can recommend the best butchery for buying steak in different cuts. I have already tried Tammimi, Carrefour and Fursan but unfortunately none of them do a good job on steaks.

Would welcome the opinion from all vetaran Bar B Que and steak lovers !!

Consider getting it done from the scratch. There are so many butcheries around. Just drop by one and and let him make it per your accord.

you can find butchers every where in Saudi. Fursan is good with kabab and seasoning meats (haven't tried their stakes)

I know that for T-bone the best area for it is the neck of the cow.

It would help If you cure the meat (there are many ways of doing it use google).
