Norwegian-American moving to Belgium (Brussels) New to expatblog

Hi there everyone, I've been bumming about the forums, and it's great to see how many people are here, helping and giving advice to each other. It's very encouraging, and makes a daunting task seem much more doable, with all these expats here sharing their stories and experiences.
I'll be moving to Belgium from Norway in the coming months, and was hoping some of you could share some practical tips, and maybe a story or two about their own experience? Preferably about moving to Belgium :)
I don't speak very much French or Dutch yet, but am confident I will learn quite quickly once I am immersed.
How did you guys do it? Any tips to make my transition easier?
Thanks!

Aurélie
