Hi Alvin,

Welcome to Expat.com!

I have created a new topic as from your post on the Budapest forum for better visibility.

You're welcome alvinschellito,

Districts 9 (say Ráday street), 6, 7 are the first, beside the obvious 11.
Probably, for a good quality flat you should think along the lines of studios more than 1 bedroom, except a few deals for classical apartments, where cleanliness of building is often an issue.
Beside locations you shall be careful with landlords and compliance issues (energy performance and the legal side).
Let me know if you need anymore help!
Cheers,

Dezso

Disclaimer: just launching the first Energy Performance Certified only property rental listing for Budapest, Hungary in weeks.

Hi!

Your job site is well reachable from other places on the Buda side as well.
It's located very close to the "BME" university, so all accommodation advertised to students might be of interest. Unless you mind living close to Engineering students :-)
