Hello guys

I finally got set up my Melita full package with Internet + phone. But the thing is that it hasn't been working at all for me every since the guy came this morning. He told me there was a temporary issue, but it was going to be fixed later on today.

Then at 4 I went to the local Melita store in Sliema, and he told me it should be up and running at around 5 max. We have around 7.30 on the watches now when I'm typing this message.

My question is basically: Is this right? Or are they just screwing me over here?

Ps. I live in Sliema

I live in Sliema as well and also have Melita, works fine for me.

We had problems very rarely, only when the power station blew, i think, but at that time it was not only a provider problem :)

They prolly just breaking a leg.

Phone them they work 24/7 and can tell you the status or reboot you as required.

Yes, good idea to call the main call center.

From personal experience I know how much nonsense those technicians of Melita tell you. That is why I came to my conclusion.

The thing is that I don't have a phone yet.
They told me it was something to do with new customers do.

I will try to go down to the local Melita store today, and get the guy to call them up. Then we will see. I'll let you know what they'll do.

Thanks for your responses guys!
