beef for stewing: bò la gu
Belly Pork: thịt heo quay
pork knuckles : Gà quay

Lettuce:Rau sống, rau diếp
Spinach :Cải bó xôi.
Belly Pork: thịt ba rọi
pork knuckles : chân giò

Everyone is had a diffirent ideal. I've search you english key in Google and see picture of that food,then i translated to you,  somebody here is search in Dictionary, it is don't really. I think, you should sent to me the picture of them and i will talk to you.

Kana812 : your versions seem to be closer. Belly pork is more certain called ba roi rut su and lettuce also seem familiar. Also what is thit Bo xao and  is beef for stewing called Bo la gu?  Thanks for help

thit Bo xao is Beef stir fry
and beef for stewing, I understand that it's a part of beef that we have to cook for long time, usually I call it : Thịt Bò bắp or Thịt bò nạm

And Belly pork is exactly called : Ba rọi rút sườn in vietnamese
