Hello, I will be visiting Mombasa around May and I was hopeing to find some old vinyl records (Lp's and EP's) with traditional Kenyan and East African music from 1960´s to 1970´s. I am not after cassettes or CDs. It can come from Personal collections, record stores, markets, leftover distribution stock or any other possible source. I would be very thankful for any leads to where this can be found.

I know a friend with a vinyl record collection. i will go and check is she has any East African ones. what price range are you looking at?

Richard75

Well, its really depending on what she has and the amount of it. If they are in really good shape, or badly beaten up. Check with her and maybe we can discuss this in a private message.
