Evening language courses?

Hi,

I want to take up a new language, but since I work during the day, I need an evening course. I know there are many language schools in Malta that cater to full-time young students. But I'm 31 and employed and need an evening (or perhaps during the day if it is only on weekends) course. All suggestions appreciated.

I am thinking German, or maybe Spanish.
