I dont have a great deal of knowledge but from what little I do know is that if you are a fresher then its a good way to get into the UAE market and look for other jobs after a while and when you build up your experience here.  4000 dhms is not alot but then again its enough for survival as you are single. You should be prepared for sharing a flat or even a room.  You can get studios in discovery gardens for around 3000-3500 with all bills inclusive which is near jabel ali.  If you can share a studio with someone you should have enough for survival as ur petrol and medical is taken care of.  You may be able to get cheaper places than this also.  Bed space i have seen advertised for less than 1000 dhms.  It all depends where u live.  I do not know your current lifestyle but be prepared for sacrifices.   If I was single and fresher and I wanted to get into the market I would take it and work my way up.
Check out Dubizzle its a good site.
