what would it be like to work as a teacher in Dammam?

Hello! I'd like to ask if it's generally safe for Filipinos to work in Dammam as an English teacher? I got this offer from a language institute but I'm not sure if the employer will treat me well coz I've heard much about abuse and exploitation and stuffs like that. Is that common in Saudi (Dammam, specifically)?

And what would be the standard salary that I should consider? Is it fun living in Dammam?

Thanks a million to those who'll help. :)
