Hi everyone. I'm hoping to find advice, friends, and inspiration on making my move to Italy. My plan thus far has been set back a bit financially by the lousy economy (no bailout for freelancers!), but hope springs eternal! I'm a single, young and active 50-something future expat looking for fellow adventurers!

So where are you thinking of moving to and what kind of work do you do? The best work opportunities are basically in the North, though the best life situations are probably in the South. I live in the middle so if you have any questions about it, let me know.
