How to get Business Visa - multiple entry?

Hi. I like to know how to get the multiple entry for Business Visa. Currently I've single entry.

I also like to get any information who bring kid work in Myanmar. I bring my 4 year son and he getting entry visa for 28 days. I request to get a business visa for 70 days for him but being rejected.

Please help.

You will not get business visa for a child as they are not there to do business. 
The child is accompanying you and you are the one doing business.
