Need kind and urgent info about working and life in qatar

Dear Members,

Please inform me , i have recieved official job offer from qatari investors group.

Please inform me about the following :

1- is this company reliable ?
2- It has been 15 days since i recieved their ofical job offer but still i did not get visa and tickets from them plz inform me when they will provide me the visa whts ur experience say ?
3- I will require home for myself , i am single so what will be the rent for single person in qatar ?
4- What problems might i will office working in qatari culture ?

Please members kindly answer / provide your expert opinion so that i can know the watch outs.
