Package delivery to Poland

Hello:-)

I would like to buy some goods from some Czech internet store in Prague and got sent it to Poland (Warsaw). Unfortunatelly the shop doesn't support international shipment. Can i address the package to my Czech Post P.O. box and have it shipped to Poland (Warsaw) using for eg. International Standard Parcel or International Insured Parcel service?
If yes then how can i apply for my P.O. Box in Czech Post couse i have problems finding P.O. Box service on the official Czech Post site.
