"The tobacco used for sheesha smoking contains two to four per cent nicotine as opposed to the one to three per cent in cigarettes. A sheesha smoker would inhale as much smoke during one session as the cigarette smoker would inhale when he smokes 100 or more cigarettes," Shazali Manzoor, a pulmonologist at a leading local hospital said.

I am aware with the info but it is comparatively more dangerous for a regular users.

It's easy to fall into bad habits in Saudi out of boredom or to 'self-comfort.'

A colleague from Australia has begun to smoke cigarettes. Another is into the hubli-bubbli.  I, myself, am eating too much and gaining weight.

Don't take nicotine too lightly because it's highly addictive.  I think here smoking shisha is a social thing, and God knows we are all looking for social outlets.  Just know the consequences and be careful.
