Hi there,

My friend and I are Australian Citizens, and we have hit a point in our lives where we would like to create exciting opportunities for ourselves living, travelling and working between Asia, Australia, Europe and USA.

We are currently researching on manufacturing goods in Bali and Jakarta then exporting to other countries. The products we want to manufacturer are nothing new. We know of some manufacturing companies who already make these products in Indonesia.

Hoping the products will be more affordable and more durable than what is currently out there in the market place. Also, aware that other manufacturing companies can easily copy our designs. However, we are still adamant that this idea will fruition.

May I please have some advice and any lessons learned from dealing with manufacturers and importing raw materials/exporting final products, laws in Indonesia to other countries, managing contracts, and appointing a middle agent?

Thanks a mill,
Em
