Dong Cheng/ Dong Guan...thoughts?

Hey there! I am about to accpet a contract to work at a school in Dong Cheng i think it is (part of the Dong guan privince???)
and was just wondering what people can tell me about it?

Dongcheng is in dongguan city.

Could you tell me what it would the average cost would be for a place to live?

If its a single person 
Roomrent  you can find for 800 rmb (single bedroom with full furnished).per month
Dining depends upon your lavishness  minimum 50 yuan to max 100 yuan per day .
With 3000 yuan /month you can live good life.
Depends on your expenses.
I know some English teachers only rent a small room for 300 yuan/ month.

you are lucky if you are in dong cheng... some people like us travel to the city about 2 hours just hangout at dongcheng.. lots of bars and foreigners...
