Please review my comments against your raised points.

1-  Your statement is kinda contradictory. At first you're saying that you have already gone back to India after joining. That means u came to Oman, joined the company and then went back to india. Then on the other hand, your point 1 becomes invalid because u have already travelled back to india without omani resident visa and now, either your company has to re-apply a visit visa for you, or they have to send you the employement visa on which you can travel back to Oman.

2-  There ain't any existing law which stops you to go to your country during your employement. If you are willing to quit your job, then YES, your visa has to be cancelled and your company will send you back. However, during your work period, you can visit your country based on the permission from your employer. Just to add into your knowledge, as per the laws of various companies, a person can't go on leave unless he or she completes 6 months of his job.
