Dear ALL,
Currently I am working in KL from 10 December 2012. I have traveled to India between 17 Dec(Night) to 31 Dec. I was back early morning of 1 Jan 2013.
I am permanently flying back to India in 1st week of MAY 2013. So this means I am not able to complete 182 days, I will charged at 26%.
But I wanted to know whether there is any refund for the tax I have paid as it is being deducted monthly taking into account of yearly tax.

Whether it's have refund or not, it's depends on the total final tax versus your total tax retained by deduction. By the way, before you leave Malaysia you have to complete the tax clearance. Or else, your tax file consider still active and you need to do tax filing annually.
