you can registered on meetup group or [Moderated].They n have a lot of social meetups in Bucharest for expats.Good luck!

I'm in Iasi, myself & I know quite a few Tunisians here. As far as Bucharest is concerned, you should really give meetup.com a try. There are a couple of great English Speakers Meetups and one really good French Meetup. I know the organizer of a couple of the groups and he's a great person. I'm sure he can help you to find lots of fun people & just about anything else you might need for that matter. Send me a Private Message and I'll send you his contact info.
