Salam,

As per the saudi Law that you can not transfer before 2 years have passed with your existing sponsor.. But what happens when the company you work for has decided to close down its business??
My company has decided to close down its business with in 4 months and have provided time for me to shift to another employer. What i would like to know is does this provide me with an exception to transfer?? as only 7 months have passed..

I did look through and i couldn't find an answer to this that is why i posted this question.
It would be great if someone could provide an answer.
I am hoping if a company decides not to renew its trade permit the 2 year rule doesn't apply??
