I was curious if anyone knows of any other networking webpages to meet people or something similar such as dating for those seeking that sort of thing, like a domain that offers free classifieds, for Frankfurt but hopefully with the option to select a translated version from German ?

The MeetUp.COM is one other place I know but is mostly for joining groups because my preference is more to meet individuals, possibly to form our own little group in the future and not the other way around that most seem to do like go to larger social functions only to continue contact with one or two from it.

My only language is English and I got no plans to learn any more German than what I know now ( stopped after passing level A-1 test ) because I only expect to be here for two months if unable to get a job.

Please write me if anyone is interested in more discussion because I live near the My Zeil and am more of a homebody but like cooking, catering to guests, barbequeing in my yard, etc.

A lot of hostels also seem to be where some unite but this is always a little less professional than for my taste, not available for someone not staying at the establishment, is mostly for those here for just a few days, travelling to several places or whatever and either way I hope I provided you two more ideas ( one from my first post - Meetup.COM ) to your list so ask you to offer me some suggestions.
