English 'Reading and Writing' classes for mother tongue kids

Can anyone let me know what is available for helping children maintain their English in Brussels or close to. We are looking to relocate to Belgium from Switzerland soon with children. 1 has been educated in German and English and the other only German. I am keen to look into maintaining the reading of the older and kickstart reading with the smaller one. We will be putting them in local schools as they speak French already. I would prefer group lessons to private teacher.

Thanks - had the same issue here in Zurich - places were so hard to find and 47 ch per class. When I arrive later this year I am looking to start my own group!
