Hi Lanyonkear

There is some info -  Here:- https://www.expat.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=248811

But ''toon & Mike'' might have some info regarding/a close alternative to your question.

Thanks

the freesat boxes might work but to be honest most of the uk tv channels receivable now will without doubt disappear by summer - even 2.5m to 3m dishes will fail to get a signal.

best bet if its uktv you want is an iptv option or something like www.filmon.com

Thanks, why will the channels disappear.

because the astra satellites 2d 2n will move to 2e and 2f and eventually to 2G and they are having their spotbeams narrowed to serve only UK and thus the power /signal strength will also be dramatically reduced thus making what we see now unreceivable here...without a dish in excess of 3m - even guys in spain cannot get ch5 5+ and 5* channel signals on 2.4m as these have already moved....
