Problems adding blog to site

Hello dear administrators,
I've tried like 25 times (okay maybe 10) to add my blog to the Eastern European blogs for Russia. No luck. For some reason, after filling out the page Nothing Happens when I hit the "Continue" button (or "submit" or whatever it is) at the bottom of the page. What to do? I'd really like to join up with this super site. Thanks! EIleen in Rostov-on-Don.

Aha! Just found the problem. It's the BROWSER. Using Internet Explorer, no problem with the CONTINUE button. But with Netscape Navigator, no luck. Interesting! Problem solved *Slava Bogy!*
