Hello,

We have a small apartment in Sofia; up until recently my accountant also looked after the rental aspects for us. Unfortunately, he has moved on to pastures new so we find ourselves in search of a reputable management company who will administer it for us. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Hi

If you Google emerald property Bulgaria they are good efficient and no BS. They are based in Sofia. Friend has used them and has had no issues at all.
