....Former "Ex-Pat," who lived in Hong Kong and Macau from 1992-2001 Sold home, moved family, four kids and wife, from Newport Beach, California. To start a Sales and Marketing company which evolved into a successful business. The company traded in the swath of Asia and Middle East.

I miss the Ex-Pat community and sorely miss the Asian culture and people. I annually travel to Asia with projects in mind and initiated a few, though no success.

Looking to connect to see whats up with Myanmar.

Yes..I am very much interested in Myanmar. I lived in Asia, with my family from USA, 1992-2001 and return annually with intent of moving back permanently. I originally lived in Hong Kong then moved to Macau. I ran a marketing\sales company with the territory stretching from Taiwan-to-Middle East. The primary products were speciality lubricants for Mining, Manufacturing and Transportation. Plus sold environmentally safe chemicals.

My second career is Chef, with a broad range of culinary experience running restaurants and several start-ups.

FYI: I started selling into China in 1987 and Vietnam in 1995. Both were in very early stages of opening up to the west at their respective times.

What is your take on Myanmar?
