Would be nice to write down here some important details about the mobile companies that exist overthere. Details like:

Network type.
with/without SIM card.
Internet Access Capability.
Area Coverage.
Price of a mobile line.
APN
mmmm, anything else?

I think there are only two Almadar and Libyana, Almadar being the best for coverage, you basically pay 10LYD to get a registered number and sim(copy of passport required) and then buy top up cards as and when required. Alamadar does have the capability for internet access, it is posted on another thread I think ?
