When I was checking ulb calendar on the website yesterday I saw the exams will start from 27 may till 29 of June that's mean most of the student must leave at this period.  So do u think the flat rent chances would increase now ?

Apartments are available all year around, contemplating numbers increasing / decreasing is not going to help you find an apartment, concentrate your thoughts on practical solutions for finding somewhere to live. Many international students are going to be EU nationals anyway, they can come and go in Belgium as they please, non EU students are a minority and only those ones have limits on their residency.

Also student kots are generally only rented to students. Sometimes you get lucky and can rent one if your not a student as a friend of mine did a year ago
