Questions to teachers you had teach in the Middle East before

Hello, Everyone, Especially teachers who had teach in Middle East before. I had some questions and hope this forum can solve directly

a). How much salaries as asian Math teacher ( O level ) with some experienced 1 year and 6 months teacher course ( training ) in Saudia arabia, Kuwait, Oman or Bahrain ?
b) Why many teachers expat, especially from europe and american didnt want to teach for long time in one school? and prefer to moving form one school to another
c). Is International school in middle east can giving some permanent contract for teacher? If it did, How many years evaluation for teacher to be permanent teacher?
