Hallow,
We are family of four and we are planning to settle down in The Netherlands, Amsterdam area at the beginning of December.
My husband is South African ,speaks English and Dutch. I am Bulgarian and I speak English and Russian. We have 5 years old twin daughters.

I really need your opinions, positive or negative, before we make this move.

1.What are my husband chances to find a restaurant job ( waiter, cook)in December and how much is the min wage we can expect?

2.Which area, around Amsterdam is good for a family with young kids...reasonable long term rents and schools?

Hi Zlatina,

Here in amsterdam your Husband will find a job easily. As it is a very touristic city you always have work in restaurant.
Now, for the wage I don't think it's that high. Maybe around 1500 a month...

Her in Holland you really have to focus on getting a house.
The job is easy; The house... Can be very dificult. So for the zone.. I would say take whatever you find.
