am also new here, am doing my HRD from Tamil Nadu, which agent did you provided your degree for attestation, how much they charging. so for my knowledgesaudi attestation takes morethan 2 months, but many agents states if we complete the verification process it will take only 10 to 15 days, how many days passsed after your submission, Plz reply me to mail vignesh_coke2002@yahoo.co.in

Apologies for the late response :

1.For your HRD , if your in Tamil Naidu, i will advise to do it yourself, it will be much more faster and cheaper,around 1000-2000 Rs.

2.After that you have to give it to the agent ( i did through Tayseer), you can google SACA India and can find the list of registers agents, Give it to them , They will first send a verification letter to your College, after they get response from your college, it will take 10-15 Days. Since your India, you can follow the entire process by going to your college and checking with them etc ( SACA Agent will charge a fee of around Rs 3500 and college might charge around 1500 to 2000 for responding back to the SACA Agent.

Thanks for ur reply, very kind of u, ur words are boosting me up, still am waiting for my attested offer letter, its 45 days crossed, in other hand when i enquire for Saudi cultural attestation, the registered agents as u mentioned in the link, they stating it will takes more than 2 months, is it true, u mentioned it takes only 10 to 15 days, plz reply me how to get it faster done...

1.When you say 'You are waiting for the attested letter', Do you mean letter form your employer in Saudi Arabia. ? If that is the case in the mean time you should do HRD for your degree.

2. If its attested offer letter,  you should push your company for the letter, it will generally take 1-2days to get the attested offer letter in Saudi. You need to have offer letter attested from BOTH , COC(Chamber of Commerce) and MOFA ( Ministry of Foreign Affairs).

3. Saudi Attache & Embassy will take 2Weeks only ( On an average that is time it took me, and TAYSEER told me the same thing, He mentioned to me that we submit the papers on Thursday and we get it back on the next Thursday ) . You just need to make sure that your college responds fast to the Agent.

once again a great thanks for ur reply. Yes i memtioned attested offer letter for that am waiting around 45 days more still not recieved my agent says wakala copy arrived but not the attested offer letter (coc n mofa) bcz of very recent saudi sending lot of expats outside thats y  this delay. Now am going to get this offer letter shortly. Next stage i hve to do degree certificate attestation i completed HRD Tamilnadu n MEA now i hve to do saudi cult and embassy attestation my agent suggest me to do with urogulf for certificate attestation, but urogulf  says they need 60 to 80 days for only saudi attestation. From this year the saudi attestation takes alot of time, plz tell me is it true when u did ur attestation do u any person did attestation for saudi this year. 1. Firstly, Push your company for the attested offer letter, It shouldn't take 45days, Since the Ruler has given extension in KSA, now the offices are not that crowded, if your company wants they can finish both COC and MOFA in 2 days.

2. Do you attestation from Saudi Cultural and Attache & Saudi Embassy from a agent named Tayseer. Urogulf is a subagent, not a direct registered agent for SACA .

3. Google SACA India, Change to English Version and look for 'LIST OF REGISTERED  AGENTS', In that you will find Tayseer, NewDelhi, Kalkaji Area, I will advice to go through them , they are really fast and good, they have a office in Kerala or Tamil Naidu as well.

4. Talk directly to Mr. Tasnim, he will help, inshaAllah

I did my attestation almost 1.5months back from the above agent.

1. urogulf did for me HRD, they were fast in that but they didnt agree to do the Saudi Cultual / Embassy for me saying it will take lot of time etc..that is why i advice you to go through direct agent.

1. Congrats for getting your documents,make sure you keep a scanned copy of it as a backup.

2. I'm now in KSA, I camr here almost 2 Weeks back.

3. You need to submit the following to Tayseer  ( Doublecheck with him)

  a. Degree Certificate ( Original attested by HRD/MEA , If you haven't dont MEA i think he can do it for you)

   b. Offer letter ( attested by COC & MOFA )

   c. Offer letter date shouldn't be old than 6 Months or close   to 6Months old .

   d. Tayseer will also ask you to submit a deceleration form which he will email you .

I will email you the requirements papers which i got from tayseer. Its better you ask tayseer also for the  requirements.



4. Next main step for you is that as soon as Tayseer send your documents to your college again for Verification, You need to followup with you college and ask them to respond back to him as soon as possible , as soon as Tayseer gets a response from your college after that i think it will take 2 Weeks to process, inshaAllah.

i am surprised with M/s. Tayseer for Certificate Attestation. as per ur advice i approached Tayseer branch office in chennai, for attestation, they agrred to do,, then i went their office to handover my documents and to pay the fees, surprisingly they have collected all the original documents such as degree certificate, attested offer letter etc., with out any acknowledgement. i forcely asked to give some acknowledgement for collecting my documents in their letter pad, but they refused to provide any acknowledgement, instead they said, if you believe on us hand over the document else take back. its make me a waste in time and travel of 2 days. i did not expect as a well known company for attestation did not provide any acknowledgement.
i am making aware all of you friends, when ever you contact any attestation service agent please ensure whether they provide acknowledgement or not.

That is your personal decision, I had also handed-over all the documents to him and i found him to be most trustworthy than all other agents whom i approached/have seen.

In my opinion u could have just taken a receipt from him. People in Delhi office were polite. You could have spoken to Mr.Tasnim directly ( on cell).

Asalamailkum all my query is after verification letter comes back from your university how much time does SACA takes to complete the process of stamping and forwarding my degree to the Embassy (latest version ) since i understand previously ity used to take only 20 days after the verification gets completed but not now a days since my degree verification was completed and dispatched back to SACA on 25th may considering it took 5 days to go and was delivered on 1st of june why it is taking so much time i checked with my agent he is saying that my degree is in SACA only and he is saying that it will take some more time since there are only 2 people to check all this work  and considering  ramadan is fast approaching and this embassy people dont work in the last week of ramadan and 5 days after eid ul fitr also so this is becoming much waity process .anyone with the same situation ????????????

Hi friends....at present I am in the stage of SACA attestation. I received an confirmation email stating that you have successfully registered with SACA on 19th aug 2015. From now how long will it take to get the reamaining process to be completed.

Va alaikkum salam Dear friend... Now I am at the same stage as yours... My agent has just submitted my cert to  SACA on 19th aug.. How long will it take from now, to complete the process ( i.e , SACA , Saudi embassy , VISA etc)... I am waiting for almost 4 months... Allah has given me enough patience..
