Find wheat flour ,gram flour and dance class

I am new to Egypt ,just getting adjust with the new environment ,finding some one who could help me with the wheat flour ,gram flour ,where can I find that. And also some dance class for my 7 year old daughter in al rehab city Cairo

Wheat flour is available in any supermarket... For example Metro in Rehab...
About the gram flour I am not sure, I think I have never seen it here. Sure you could buy chickpeas and grind them yourself...
