Improved jobs section by removing old and vague positions?

Just a thought but trawling through the jobs section can be a tedious and gloomy task particularly when you find something that could be of interest was posted over a year ago!! It might be a good idea to filter older posts and those with very limited details which appear to be shady or fly-by-night types.

Maybe its just me but in the middle east section, I found nothing of use and there wasn't even and 'oil and gas' or 'energy' main section despite its probably the largest industry in terms of value and employment.

All pre-2012 ads have been deleted this week-end. We will now starting recontacting people who posted in 2012 before deleting their ads little by little.
