ATM in Phu My Hung where you can receive more than 2 million VND?

So far the best I can do is 3mil a pop from a Agri-ATM, everybody else is still at 2mil. VTD had a solution as you can read and it works, I've did it twice so far. Once for 30mil and then the other day for 90mil, but you get nailed for 3% at VCB and then another 3% at your USA bank. Total of 6%.

You can get 8 million from the Citibank ATM just outside the entrance to Co-op Mart in Phu My Hung.

Can also get 8 million from Citibank ATMs in Sun-Wah Tower in district 1.

I also bank with Wells-Fargo in the States. You'll just have to get over that - it is what it is. Furthermore, there are other US banks that charge much more than WF for using ATMs outside their networks. Just think of the 5 bucks as part of the exchange rate, and it won't sting so much.

HSBC gives me 6 million and without a charge because the ATM card is from them.... otherwise you get nailed with the surcharge...

When I do my visa run to Cambodia, I stock up on usd from the atm.  I pop them for $600 at a time with just a $2 fee, no exchange fees.  I have Chase and they charge $5 also.  Total cost is just $7 for the transzction.
