Which is a better place to stay in PMH

My family of 3 is moving to HCMC & after surveying a few places, we decided on PMH. With a monthly accommodation budget of US$500-550, we have in mind either Sky Garden or Hung Vuong. These 2 apartment complexes are separated by some shophouses & Bui Bang Doan Road. I would like to have some opinions on the pros and cons of each place so that we can make an informed decision. All contributions to this topic are welcome. Thank you.

With that budget of yours, then Sky Garden would be a good choice and these are pros and cons of Skygarden and Hung Vuong in my experience:

Price: quite the same although Hung Vuong building is a bit older.

Facilities: Sky Garden has swimming pools, tennis court and have nice view around when Hung Vuong dont have these things.

Security: you are protected 24/7 in both places

Quietness: Hung Vuong is less crowded with fresher air thanks to its green walking park.
