This very well respected Libyan Bank is looking to attract a new breed of manager to the business. They are currently experiencing a steady growth and these roles are part of the new strategic plan going forward.

Regional Managers
•    Relaying the Bank’s strategy into the region.
•    Setting objectives to the branches in the region in terms of business development
•    Overseeing commercial and financial results, quality of operations, risk level and projects progress.
•    Analyzing the branch network and developing evolution perspectives (profitability studies, new potential locations).
•    Setting the region budget through identifying expected expenses
•    Controlling expenses and keeping it within the set budget
•    Coaching Branch Managers in the region

Branch Managers
•    Proposing and agreeing on branch objectives with the Regional Manager in terms of business development
•    Building the annual budget for the branch with the Regional Manger
•    Controlling over the bank’s clearing activities at the branch.
•    Ensuring prompt and efficient customer services at the branch.
•    Monitoring commercial and financial results, quality of operations, risk level and projects progress
•    Developing client portfolio.
•    Supporting branch employees in terms of professional development, sales methods, taking risk decision, and in operations.
