Motel in a compound

Hi,
I am female, will go alone some days per month and I have heard that Seder Village Motel could be an option. Has anyone experience on this? Could anyone help with the price of dayly transport to Kingdom center go and return?

i live in the seder village compound, its very comfortable and safe.I have been here for two weeks now. the daily price is around 500 SAR I think, but I am not sure since my company pays the bill. Its not always easy to get a room though. There are vans daily that can take you around, but I will need to find out if they go to Kingdom Center.
