Hello guys,

Has anybody been or will be travelling to the village called Muhi near to Miskolc, north-east to the BP, where famous battle between Tartars and Hungarian kingdom happened. If yes please let me know.

Thanks a lot

David

Not going there but you can find the earthworks here:

Muhi Earthworks/Fort

There's a railway station at Nyékládháza a few km to the West. Distance to Budapest is 170km and it'll take 2h on a fast train and cost about 4000Ft. Looks quite difficult to get to without a car. If you have a bike, you could take it on the train perhaps.

Yes the memorial itself seems to be in the middle of nowhere near to the road, so without car or bike it's almost impossible to get there.
I will try to find someone with car then.

Thanks for replies.
