Does anyone know where can i buy L-arginine or L-glutamine in bahrain?

You didn't need to open two topics for the same subject.

You will need to go to your doctor and request him/her to give you the prescription for these drugs. Although in most countries you need a prescription for these, Bahrain may be exempt from it. Why don't you go to a pharmacy and ask to see if they give you? Sometimes the names of the pills may differ in this country so take the box of your old pills and show it to them. It might help.

Its not available in any Pharmacy.....I have checked almost all of the shops....
