Hi anyone knows of gluten free bread availability in Libya?

I read online that there is supposed to be a gluten free section at the Tuesday Market mall. I'm still trying to find that place, although everyone else seems to know where it is. Isn't GF bread usually frozen? My guess is, they will maybe have gf flours and you can make your own, but I kind of doubt they will have any breads in the freezer (usually they are in a basket on the floor).

I was grain-free/paleo before I got here. Now its just a matter of moderation as it's pretty much impossible to avoid rice/couscous/flat bread at every meal.

Edit: I just read that you're in Benghazi. Tripoli would make for a long shopping trip. Sorry about that.
