I am leaving Saudi Arabia for good at the end of the month. I have a one bedroom furnished apartment I want to sublet starting July 1st. Rent is Riyal 22,000 per year. Landlord wants R11,000 every 6 months. My rent is paid until November 2013.

Apartment is located in Al Nakheel area off Exit 2 of the North Ring Road. It is convenient to King Saud University and King Saud University PYP.
