I hope you find some good country music. 
Here in Texas, we have both kinds of music: country AND western.

Yeah, I recommend Bui (The Lodge) as well, but there's not that much country music played there. You may be able to request a few country songs and the band will play if they know. It's definitely a country/western motif there though. I really like the outfits worn by the waitresses there.
