Well, I am a Malawian, with plans to work in work in Qatar. I graduated in 2003, with a chemistry degree and an Industrial Science Diploma.

I have experience in teaching and working in the Industry.

I will appreciate any information regarding this.

Plenty of teaching jobs available - but most schools recruit via employment companies in UK. Try seekteachers or worldteachers.

Thanks. How safe is it to work in Qatar, for African expats? Are there many africans in Qatar?

Plenty of Africans, as safe as anywhere else I suppose - although you are likely to be paid less.
