German Work permit From Finland

kni0

I have some question,

1. After graduation (Masters) I can directly join a company or I have to arrange work permit to start doing job as permanent employee? I am non-EU

2.What if i get a job in another country, suppose, Germany. As far as i know, i can live in any schengen country upto three months . But Can i also join in any german company directly after graduation ? Or I should apply for german work permit before starting work ?

and i can apply for work permit staying in Germany after that ?

As a non-EU citizen, you need a German work permit to work in Germany.
With your Schengen visa, you can only visit (for up to three months).
