It depends of the town. City Center is no less than $1000 and other suburbs the price is no less than $500. This information is coming from one of my colleague.

you can decide according to you budget witch area you want leave and at witch level (luxury place, or neat place only)

In central area you can have good place from $1500 , in Polana area starting from $2500 or little less if luck.

In Suburb luxury complex 2 floors house with 3 bedrooms, 1 suit.
Garden, pool, Gym, Boutique, parking and security.
rent $3500 is possible

Better if you contact a real state agency ask them what they have for you budget and decide.

Do not ask about locality. If you are ready to take risk on your own shoulder, then come forward.
Social security is zero. I believe you understand what does it mean. So take risk at your own and decide.
