Seeking financial partners

Hi fellow expats...
Been working for different companies including giant global IT-based corporation, I'm now about to move to Philippines for good. Being in Philippines several times and observing people, environment and government, I have planned to make a business under my wife's name who is a Filipina. Not like others you can read and hear every where. A kind of business that God' willing I'll be able to make a good fortune out of it. It involves registering trademark, slogan and the company itself. Though I might be able to cover all the investment by myself, I was wondering if I could find some honest partners to add up to the investment and speeding up the process. How ever I'd like to mention the fact that I will be the one in charge of the project and every one will have a share according to what he/she brings in. Let me hear your suggestions now...

Form a corporation with share offerings and a board of directors who own 5% or more of the company...Many heads are better than one when making business decisions...

Ok, I'll contact you through your email soon and explain more to you. I have been struggling for a while whether to put up this post here or not as I am not sure about the outcome of collaborating with others (strangers, yet no one likes to share his profit with others! but sometimes it can be different because a group can do things a person may not. Surely there are some ethics I want to be kept by all parties who will join the group. Things like confidentiality, honesty and good faith are essential in building mutual trust. when primary group was selected we will have a face to face meeting to take the real steps. By the way most likely I will stay in Cebu and the business start up will be there too. I will definitely like to use all the help I can from the members of the team. I'm considering 2 or 3 members(Investors)with total capital of 15 to 25 thousands USD. This is a golden opportunity for whoever wants to join the company but not anyone!
