presenlty working in gulf for a multinational dealing in marine boiler, handling procurement

Possessing a track record of achievements in marine division and a proven ability to manage the vendor / supplier base to reduce lead time and cost where ever possible. Result driven and able to use initiative to develop effective solutions to supply chain problems, whilst having an active and dynamic approach to work and getting things done efficiently.

how does the job market work there, am trying through online add...but all in bins. Have i to be present in malaysia and then look for a job.
