Life in Lagos Nigeria

Contrary to speculations about Nigeria being dangerous for foreigners, Nigerians are really friendly people with a smile for everybody. Danger is everywhere and Nigeria isnt exempted. Avoid keeping too late outdoors and walking alone if you must keep very late. Dont carry voluminous sums of money in a wallet or your back pocket. And feel free to ask any body around you for directions when needed, you will be happily assisted. Oh and dont forget to try out local dishes with your Nigerian friends, it endears you to people. :-)
