Omar is it your personal experience? I never had an experience that if I mentioned someone of my nationality they would become judgmental.

I hope Antika, when you reach Locals for assistance/guide or help they won't start talking to you in Bahasa Melayu. :D

Yeah i have been through that experience but i wouldn't say that it is to that extreme.its different for you cause you are a female.anyway generally it isn't bad to live here. I am happy that i have an independent life and a job .how about you?

Can't disagree with Faiqa..!! With me too.. From taxi drivers, to grocery shop people, even guys around office.. The first impression they get off me is that I am an Malay Indian..! and they start speaking in Behasa..
Guess I will hv to learn it fast to blend in more easily..!

Oooops...a bad experience wid a taxi driver...we hired a taxi full of smoke...ciggrate..my hubby asked the driver to lower th volume ,he was so admnt tat he said no..as i hav a baby boy we just told him tostop in the middle of the highway and got out without paying him:rolleyes:
