Hi everyone please help me on this query

I came to Saudi in new visa 8 months ago (not completed 2 years). my sponsor is currently in red zone. Now I would like to transfer to another green company. Is it possible ? Is the 2 years rule for sponsorship transfer still exist ? . Please feed me back.

If your sponsor goes in red band of Nitaqat, you can transfer immediately. Even without obtaining his consent.

If your current company is in green, you'll need to wait for 2 yrs. if it's red or yellow, you can do that immediatly.

Thivo

But Addition to this... Be careful before you transfer and if you can complete and clear everything from your previous sponsor, DO SO... This is for your own safety and to avoid any problems in future... Try to put everything into consideration...
